Florida Supreme Court Docket:

Florida Supreme Court Docket

Case Docket

Case Number: SC14-820 - Closed

THE FLORIDA BAR vs. DAVID FRANK PETRANO

Lower Tribunal Case(s): 2014-90,137(OSC)

The Florida Bar initiates the Order to Show Cause on my

Hubby on April 24, 2014 RIGHT AFTER David's photo

appears on the Internet showing one of his carpal tunnel

hands / wrists in an OBVIOUS bandage that Arne Vanstrum

was required as The Florida Bar prosecutor to

INVESTIGATE and REPORT TO THE FLORIDA SUPREME

COURT when he opposed the ADA reasonable

accommodations requests (in other words, Florida Bar

prosecutor Arne Vanstrum LIED

TO THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT to get the 91-day

suspension):

paddock area to visit), April 14,

04/24/2014 PETITION-ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE PT The

Florida Bar FB BY: PT Arne Carl Vanstrum 865771

Hubby makes Title II Americans With Disabilities Act

requests for reasonable accommodations for himself and for

me to testify as his witness, and notifies the Florida

Supreme Court of US DOJ Right to Sue Letters for Title II

ADA Violations -- and the Florida Supreme Court strikes

them ALL:

05/30/2014 NOTICE PE David Frank Petrano 624586 BY:

PE David Frank Petrano 624586 FILED AS FILING OF

JUDICIAL NOTICE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF

JUSTICE ISSUED "RIGHT TO SUE" LETTERS

 REGARDING COMPLAINTS MADE AGAINST FLORIDA

BAR AND EIGHTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR VIOLATING

TITLE II OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT -

(08/04/14: STRICKEN AS UNAUTHORIZED ON THE

 COURT'S OWN MOTION)

THEN, in direct retaliation RESPONSE TO THE EXERCISE

OF TITLE II ADA RIGHTS AND REQUEST FOR

 REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS (that ANYONE

COULD CLEARLY SEE WERE NEEDED BY HUBBY'S

PHOTO POSTED ON THE INTERNET), the Florida

Supreme Court took the adverse action against Hubby (and

by association against me) by entering an Order suspending

him from the practice of law for 91 days in violation of 42

 U.S.C. Sec. 12203(a) and (b):

09/09/2014 DISP-SUSPENDED (PETITION OTSC-91

DAYS) EFFECTIVE 30 DAYS & COSTS IN THE AMOUNT

 OF $1,250.00.

And thereby the Florida Supreme Court caused me injury-in-

fact under my Title II ADA associational rights (28 C.F.R.

Sec. 35.130(g)) by damaging Hubby's income that provided

funding and supports to my Autism.

SHOULD I SUE THEM ? !!!!!!!!!!
