This is a blog post by an autism vaccine injury victim.
I am one of the autism vaccine injury victims the CDC injured as recently revealed by the CDC whistle blower by hiding the known fact that autism can be caused by vaccine injury.
As the Autism community knows, the mainstream Media has been blocking the autism vaccine injury stories.
The mainstream Media shows no news stories about what it is like for the parents of children with autism vaccine injuries, or news stories about what life is actually like for adults with autism vaccine injuries.
We autism vaccine injury victims who grow up into adulthood face an almost total lack of autism funding, a Vaccine Court that denies compensation for vaccine injuries, our parents passing on while we are still dependent on them for our basic needs, a hostile court system almost everywhere that refuses over many lawsuits to give us a fair trial or compensation for the injuries inflicted on us as autism vaccine injury victims, and Media who will even go out of their way to injure the autism vaccine injury victim in the most devastating way.
As the CDC whistleblower story was coming out in the last week or so, there were many hits on my Autism Childhood Vaccine Injury webpage, and an ABC affiliate, WCJB TV-20 in Gainesville, Florida came to my adult autism pony breeding farm with their cameras rolling and published and republished a defamatory newscast with malice or reckless disregard for its truth or falsity.
It is clear from the TIMING of it, that the Media, WCJB TV-20 targeted my husband, David Petrano, who is my autism caregiver and only autism financial supporter, and myself directly (and indirectly through defaming my husband), because I am a publicly known adult autism vaccine injury victim and the CDC whistleblower story broke.
It should be noted, as the Autism community knows, that at CNN kept "taking down" the CDC whistleblower autism vaccine injury story every time Autism parents and others in the Autism community put the story back up.
As the Autism community has been publishing on Twitter by the hundreds of tweets, there has been a virtual Media Black Out on the CDC whistleblower story that vaccines cause autism.
It was BAD ENOUGH that the mainstream Media was "taking down" and engaging in a Media Black Out of the CDC whistleblower vaccines cause autism story and CDC whistleblower disclosures, but THEN WHAT CAME NEXT --what ABC mainstream Media affiliate DID to me and my Autism family and caregiver WENT BEYOND BELIEF.
On about October 28, 2014, as The Florida Bar records custodian records release made to me this morning shows, WCJB TV-20 approached Karen Y. Kirksey, Media official for The Florida Bar, stating: "Caller: Bibi Bakash, "Name of Media: WCJB ABC 20, Location of Bureau: Gainesville, ... Information Category: Lawyer Ethics, Lawyer Discipline, Information Requested: Reporter said her station has received several complaints about an attorney who's filed 120 lawsuits. Is he eligible to practice ?"
The Florida Bar's Medial official, Karen Y. Kirksey, knew the "120 lawsuits" statement was verifiable false, because my husband, David, has not even had that many cases or lawsuits since he was licensed as a lawyer in 2003, and because The Florida Bar had in its possession and was whining that an Americans With Disabilities Act "reasonable accommodations" Order signed and entered by Sarasota, Florida Chief Circuit Judge Rick deFuria was, according to The Florida Bar's bar discipline prosecutors assigned to my husband's case, "frivolous."
Circuit Judge deFuria's Order, captioned "Order Granting Accommodations," and entered on June 18, 2013 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Florida clearly stated:
"Mr. Petrano has raised the need for special accommodations with regards to his own disabilities, and the disabilities of his wife, with whom he is responsible for her care ... it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that all hearings to be held in this case shall be set no earlier than 3:00 p.m. because doing so is an accommodation that the Court has to recognize with his care for his wife. Further it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Mr. Petrano, at his own expense, may hire a court reporter to provide real time transcription for him to be able to see the testimony of witnesses and arguments of counsel in all hearings...."
CLEARLY, when the Florida Bar's Media official, Karen Y. Kirksey, knew the "120 lawsuits" statement was verifiable false -- particularly since how could Karen Y. Kirksey actually believe it would be true that an attorney caring for an adult autism vaccine injury victim in the mornings such that he could not have hearings until 3:00 PM WOULD HAVE THE TIME to file "120 lawsuits," much less as WCJB ABC Gainesville, Florida falsely stated, "120 frivolous lawsuits" when they published their defamatory newscast to SMEAR, TARGET, and DEFAME and adult autism vaccine injury victim and her caregiver husband ?
The Florida Bar's Media official, Karen Y. Kirksey, who knew the "120 lawsuits" statement was verifiablY false encouraged, ratified, adopted, and incited WCJB ABC TV-20 in Gainesfille, Florida to publish its defamatory with malice newscast showing my adult autism pony breeding farm, with a caption over the video stating "Excessive Litigation," and defaming my husband David, and me through him (both by showing my pony breeding farm and because he is known to be my lawyer), falsely stating that David (and I) had "filed 120 frivolous lawsuits."
IMAGINE, AUTISM PARENTS, ANYONE DOING THAT TO AN ADULT AUTISM VACCINE INJURY VICTIM !!! A person who would do such a harmful thing has Rocks in their Head and NO compassion or empathy for what it means to be an autism vaccine injury victim or their families.
WCBJ ABC TV-20, Gainesville, Florida's malicious defamatory newscast of about October 28, 2014 was TARGETED to (1.) taint and prejudice virtually every jury pool in the Northern District of Florida courts, as well as virtually every judge to harm my autism vaccine injury by causing decisions to be taken against me and my autism caregiver; (2.) taint and prejudice the Florida Supreme Court who was sitting on a Bar discipline case brought against my husband, David, precisely for his representing me in my autism vaccine injury lawsuits and ADA autism vaccine injury lawsuits; (3.) SMEAR, DEFAME, and DESTROY my adult autism vaccine injury pony breeding farm that is the only work I can do to try to support myself because after CDC and the US and state governments injured me by the vaccine that caused my autism, they left me with NO autism vaccine injury funding, supports, services, or medical care -- except to try to do the only thing I CAN DO to try struggle to meet my needs; and (4.) ensure that all of my neighbors become hostile to me wherever I try to live, to oust me as a person with an autism vaccine injury from living integrated in the community.
I contacted the WCBJ ABC TV-20, Gainesville "news director," Andrea (who refused to give her last name), who apparently supervised the reporter Bibi Baksh, who published the malicious defamatory newscast targeted to inflicting the greatest amount of harm on me as an adult autism vaccine injury victim and on my caregiver husband, David, but this Andrea could not and refused to identify by name and case number each of the so-called "120 frivolous lawsuits," and said she "didn't have to." She told me to prove the statements were false.
After I sent WCJB ABC TV-20, Gainesville's news director, Andrea, proof of the verifiable falsity of the defamatory statements the Media published, her apparent supervisor contacted an in-house Maine lawyer named Melinda Shain, who made intimidating threats against me NO person trained in autism would make to try to obstruct and chill my legal right to file a lawsuit for defamation with malice, and Ms. Shain absolutely REFUSED to publish any retraction of the false defamatory statements published by WCJB ABC TV-20 targeting my adult autism vaccine injury, my pony breeding farm, and my caregiver husband David. This shows WCJB ABC's malicious attack targeting my autism vaccine injury WAS INTENTIONAL.
WCJB ABC TV-20, Gainesville, Florida TIMED its malicious defamatory attacks on me as an adult autism vaccine injury victim and my caregiver husband David (my autism family) to coincide with the CDC whistleblower disclosures that vaccines cause autism and the Media Black Out of the autism vaccine injury stories.
It is CLEAR my autism vaccine injury and the Media Black Out of the CDC whistleblower vaccines cause autism story was the impetus for WCJB ABC TV-20 to COME TO MY HOME and maliciously defame me.
MORE OUTRAGEOUS STILL, WCJB ABC TV-20, Gainesville, Florida's malicious defamatory newscast SUCCEEDED in tainting and prejudicing the Florida Supreme Court whose Justices are located in Tallahassee in Northern Florida where the malicious defamatory WCJB ABC TV-20 newscast was widely published, into REACTING by issuing a 91 day suspension of my husband, David, from the practice of law.

ALL OF YOU PARENTS, CAREGIVERS, and others involved with people with autism, as well as adults with autism and Asperger's, if YOU THINK THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS how ABC Media TARGETED an adult autism vaccine injury victim and her husband caregiver TO CAUSE REACTIONS THAT RESULTED IN THE SUSPENSION OF THE AUTISTIC CAREGIVER'S LIVELIHOOD USED TO PROVIDE THE ONLY FUNDING SUPPORT TO AN ADULT AUTISM VACCINE INJURY VICTIM, then ...

Importantly - WCJB ABC TV-10, Gainesville's actions prove it is GUILTY of the defamation with malice of this autism vaccine injury victim and her caregiver husband, David Petrano, whose professional license was suspended IMMEDIATELY AFTER the WCJB ABC TV-10, Gainesville defamation hit piece was published widely to viewers.
