Mr. Schwait,

is there any program or mechanism to train lawyers and judges to effectively communicate or meaningfully deal with adults on the autism spectrum, so to ensure these people receive due process of law whether in tort, contract or civil rights settings? I am sure you agree this is a critical issue which must be addressed in order to meet TFB's goal of attaining "equal access to and availability of legal services" as mentioned in the letter I received from you this morning.

I have first-hand knowledge of what it is to live with an autistic adult, especially in terms of what it is like to experience an "autism meltdown" when autistics and/or their caretakers attempt to seek remedy and redress in the legal system, and are met with attorneys and judges who have no autism awareness training.

In a USDCNDF case where my autistic wife sought UM coverage to pay for medically diagnosed brain injury my wife suffered in an automobile accident, US Magistrate Judge Gary Jones made an intitial factual finding my autistic wife was a licensed attorney and even invited me to commit the felony crime of filing pro hac vice motions to enable her to practice law in USDCNDF, with zero factual foundation to support his finding my wife was a lawyer. This single instance which is commonly referred to among the autism community as an "autistic meltdown" resulted in my autistic wife biting her arms, crying and screaming non-stop for 12+ hours, w/ conditions I can only describe as a prolonged uncontrollable seizure.

In another instance, a licensed FL attorney, Ms. Gina Smith who had first-hand knowledge of my wife's untreated brain injury, autism and propensity to experience severe autism meltdowns, sent Mary and myself a US District Court confer communication regarding Ms. Smith's intent to file a judicial notice motion regarding Florida DHSMV records, which both Mary and I understood as an attempt by Ms. Smith to trigger revocation of our FL drivers licenses based on our respective disabilities. As described above, this confer proffered by Ms. Smith resulted in my autistic wife experiencing another "autistic meltdown" no less severe than described above.

Such fact patterns as described above can only be avoided when attorneys and judges alike, attain autism awareness, so to enlighten lawyers and judges the orders and legal pleadings they file can have horrible, life threatening effects on persons with autism.

Given your position w/ TFB, with your stated goal to "attain equal access to and availability of legal services," it is extremely important for you to realize the present autism epidemic has in fact resulted in many autism caretakers to do unthinkable things because they simply cannot help their autism family members to attain due process of law when seeking to attain autism accommodations or medical treatment.

For example my wife's former caretaker-mother poured gasoline on herself and self-immolated in front of my wife (which according to her suicide note and related letters, she was no longer able help her daughter attain autism disability accommodations with courts and lawyers).

For over a decade, I have had an extremely difficult time providing caretaking duties to my autistic wife which I am ordered to do by Pinellas County Circuit Judge Jack St Arnold, not because my wife "suffers" from autism" but because she "suffers" from what others with no autism awareness training say and do to her whenever she seeks legal redress in courts.

I look forward to your prompt reply to ensure my wife and my other disabled clients attain due process of law by lawyers and judges with actual training in autism and disability awareness, because at this present time, anything I do or say on my wife's behalf or any disabled client in a courtroom setting, is alwaysinterpreted as "shotgun pleading," "without merit," "vexatious," "sanctionable" etc., by judges and lawyers who lack autism training and awareness, to the extent my law license to practice law is in jeopardy.

HUMAN RIGHTS COMPLAINT AGAINST THE UNITED STATES FOR TORTURE AND ATTEMPTING TO COMMIT GENOCIDE ON INDIGENOUS CITIZENS WITH AUTISM, ESPECIALLY ADULTS WITH AUTISM

I have Autism. I don’t know how to state my Complaint like others can. So I am going to say it the only way I can communicate. I have severe Autism and brain injuries. When someone tells another that a person has Autism, it is informing that other person that the Autistic person may have extreme problems communicating our needs.

If I need to provide more details, I am asking for the assignment of someone trained in Autism to help and assist me to state my complaint so I can access the ability to communicate as required by the rules that apply. I can only communicate electronically and in this shade of colors, and I have an extremely difficult time being able to communicate in more than 140 character blocks of text. This is due to my Autism and brain injuries.

The United States under the current Government and the Governments heretofore existing, have been carrying out a systematic torture and genocide upon the adult Autism population in the United States. This is what numerous state actors have done to me personally:

1.) They have refused to specifically train ALL government officials in all branches of the United States government and state government in Autism, and especially how it affects adult women with Autism, and as a consequence;

2.) The government of the United States has left me as a severely Autistic brain injured person with no financial or other means to pay for food, shelter, and medical care I require to sustain my life for over 55 years – I have been left with a broken finger, severely deformed crippled foot, and severe brain injury with NO access to ANY medical care and judicial and executive officers of the United states refuse to assist me to get this access or to help me stay in my home where I am safe from harm;

3.) The government of the United States has denied and continues to deny me all access to the disability benefits I need to stay in my home, for supports and services to my Autism and brain injuries, continues to dismiss all petitions I try to make for help, refuses to appoint anyone to assist and help me, and has essentially sentenced me to starve and die because I am Autistic.

4.) When I try to complaint and assert my civil and human rights under the protection of Treaties the United States has already become signatory to and ratified (ICCPR, CAT, Convention against Genocide), various government actors retaliate against me and subsequently many of them become promoted in their careers.

5.) I have repeatedly asked the United States Attorney General for help enforcing my rights. No one will help me. They do not even seems to understand what Autism is.

6.) I am not alone – there are approximately 3.5 million adults with Autism in the United States suffering like me.

7.) My Country caused my vaccine injuries when I was about 15 months of age, and brought me to full-blown Autism. My government has refused to provide any means accessible to adults with Autism to directly be provided with compensation, funding, medical care, and to be able to stay in our homes and live in freedom in response to causing these injuries. I was genetically susceptible to vaccine injuries due to my Jewish ancestry.

8.) My Autism and brain injuries are lifelong severe disabilities. I am not stupid, but I also cannot effectively communicate with anyone unless they change the way they are communicating with and providing access to adults with severe Autism and brain injuries throughout the United states and state governments, and most especially the United States Courts where the judicial officers are trained only to carry out severe punishment upon adults with Autism, deny us access, take away all of our needs, try to lock us up for no other reason than being Autistic, and sentence us to death – and I do not know what I ever did wrong to be mistreated this way and subject to torture, cruel, inhumane, and degrading treatment, or systematically swept into the genocide the United States is trying to commit upon the Autistic people.

I am aware the various human rights treaties the United States has signed and/or ratified mandate they provide me the funding, health care, governmental and court access, and someone to assist me that I need.

I am asking for a United Nation’s human rights investigation to be opened against the United States, State of Florida, and County of Alachua for violation of my human rights and appoint someone to oversee those violations of millions of other adults with Autism, and if these state actors continue in their violations, then I am asking the United Nations to deny all cooperation and relief to the United states and take sanctions and other measures against them.

Adults with Autism have every right to live in freedom with the supports and services we need to sustain our lives, and not be tortured or otherwise subject to genocide by our Country and state actors within it.

Stampelos, Gainesville Social Security disability Magistrate.

I cannot read what I am being sent. I cannot do what I am being asked to do. I am filing a judicial misconduct complaint for failure to properly accommodate my severe Autism and brain injuries objective on my five brain scans or appoint me a lawyer to help me. I am also going to show up and file objections to every career advancement or reappointment for this Magistrate that occurs in the future. I regard the actions of the Magistrate to be asking me to ensure domestic violence in order to comply with his orders, and a ratification of the domestic violence against me and therefore sexual harassment. I am filing this e-mail with my judicial misconduct complaint I will be filing.

I have been severely disabled since birth. I cannot even prepare my own meals. My husband has been my caregiver since I came to Florida. Before that, my mother and my daughter were. I am also sending this e-mail to the relevant Congress (House and Senate Committees) on Autism, Social Security, and the Judiciary. I am making a United Nation's Complaint against the United States for leaving me severely disabled without funds for food, shelter, medical care and committing torture and threatening genocide upon me -- and I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I DID WRONG TO EVER DESERVE TO DIE.
